Justin Bro began his insurance career in 2005. Prior to joining Retirement Insurance Specialists, Justin worked for SCF Arizona as a Sales Executive. During his time at SCF Arizona, Justin provided workers’ compensation programs to some of the largest employers in the state. Justin also worked in business development for Applied Underwriters, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, in Omaha, NE. At Applied Underwriters, Justin worked with employers across the country with a focus on California & Arizona.

Justin joined Retirement Insurance Specialists in 2011 and is now an owner.

Justin received his bachelor’s degree in business management and Spanish from Buena Vista University in Iowa. He holds insurance licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health.
